Roof Cover for Access Ramp to Children’s Ward
Paediatric Care & Wards
A protective roof structure was installed over the access ramp leading to the children’s ward to ensure safe and weather-protected movement for patients, caregivers, and hospital staff. Prior to this improvement, rain and wet surfaces created hazardous conditions for wheelchair users, patients on stretchers, and families assisting young children. The covered ramp now allows uninterrupted access regardless of weather conditions, improving safety and preserving patient dignity.
Impact: Ensures safe access, reduces risk of accidents, and improves patient dignity.
