Air Conditioning Installation – Ward 15A Children’s Ward
Paediatric Care & Wards
Air conditioning units were installed in Ward 15A to improve environmental conditions for children undergoing treatment. Pediatric cancer patients and children recovering from surgery are highly vulnerable to infections and temperature related discomfort. Maintaining a controlled temperature environment helps reduce bacterial growth, improve air quality, and create a calming atmosphere that supports healing and recovery. Comfortable surroundings also reduce stress for both children and caregivers during extended hospital stays. Additionally, improved working conditions enable medical staff to provide care more efficiently and safely.
Impact: Promotes infection control, enhances comfort, and supports faster recovery for young patients.
